Refund policy

Returns


Our policy is all sales are final and we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. Consideration can be made on a case by case basis for manufacturer defects only. However, we photograph, examine and test all our products before they leave our warehouse. 

We are not responsible for damaged goods as a result of shipping and handling. All our packages are insured when shipped, therefore our customers may file a claim with their designated shippers.


Cancellation or Refunds

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order on our website by sending an email to bellemoden@gmail.com. After 1 hour has elapsed, a 15% restocking free will be applied to all refunds. After 3 hours have elapsed, an order may not be cancelled as a shipping label would have already been created. 

A claim for lost packages may not be considered where we have proof of delivery to door step or otherwise. Such a claim must be made to the designated shippers.

If a refund is made it will go to the original form of payment.

- Gift card purchases cannot be refunded.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable if the item was shipped. If you receive a refund, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

 

-Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

-Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if we find it to be defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bellemoden@gmail.com or contact us by phone at to make further arrangements.

-A full refund may be given where you purchased an item that was in low inventory and subsequently becomes sold out.

- A preorder purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping

We reserve the right not to ship an order on the grounds that:

- Upon investigation, the order is deemed fraudulent due to unsatisfactory verification from the cardholder.

- the customer displays abusive behaviour. In this case a refund will be made with a 15% restocking fee deducted.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
